SHIPPING WITHING THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
HSO ships FEDEX Express, Second and Next Day Air. If you place your order by Noon Central Standard Time on any weekday, we will make every effort for it to be shipped that same day. Orders received on Saturday/Sunday (or after Noon CST Friday) will ship out on Monday. You will be contacted by e-mail and/or telephone if your shipment is delayed. Contact Customer Service for APO and FPO Shipments.
Free Ground Shipping; Express Shipping costs $16; 2nd Day costs $20; Next Day costs $40. You will receive a Next Day shipment the next day, and a 2nd Day shipment would come the day after that. Take advantage of purchasing more than one item since shipping charges are per order not per item.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA
You may ship 2nd Day or Next Day to either Hawaii or Alaska. 2nd Day cost $40; Next Day costs $50. FEDEX does not guarantee expedited services to all locations in Hawaii and Alaska, but for the most part, they do arrive on the scheduled day or the following delivery day.

You may ship to Canada. Canadian International
Priority cost $25.00.

EMBROIDERY REQUESTS
Having your logo or special image embroidered on the shirt of your choice is a specialty of ours. Please submit your logo or image and Customer Service will be please to provide you with a quote. You will need to provide an image, quantity and the style of shirt you are considering. Want a hat to accompany your embroidered shirt? You may reach Customer Service at (800)259-0055 or (816)326-8011 and they will be happy to forward hat styles and pricing for your review.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please return merchandise within 15 days. We will fully refund your purchase price (minus shipping costs) on any merchandise returned in new, unworn condition with tags. You have 45 days to return your purchase for an exchange of equal or more value. Exchanges will incur a re-shipping fee.
GIFTWRAP AND GIFTCARDS
Giftcards are available Free of Charge. Check the appropriate box at the time you are placing your order. Giftwrap is available at a charge of $9.95 and you will be given this choice at checkout.
LARGE QUANTITIES/GROUP SALES DISCOUNT
